12 ft. Oasis Freestanding Motorized Retractable Awning (120 in. Projection) with Remote in Charcoal Tweed (412856)
Our notes
This Bali Essentials Oasis stands on its own frame instead of attaching to the house; it is one of 4 freestanding awnings in our list. It is 12 ft. wide with a 120 in. projection, motorized with a remote. Home Depot's page does not say how the motor is powered and states no anchoring method, two things to ask before you buy. There is no wind statement. It was $2,806.00 on Nov. 1, 2026. It fits a yard or deck where wall mounting is not an option.
